Upon arrival, we meticulously inspect the quality of the meat to ensure that only the best meat is used in our production process. To preserve the freshness of the pork, we quickly process the meat through our traditional methods of meat paste formation, cooking, and packing. Each step of the process is managed by experienced personnel who have been with us for many years. This experience is critical to the quality of our operations and the meatballs we produce.
