Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Shelf life
12 months when stored correctly. Best before the date printed on the pack.
Where to find the expiry date
Printed on the product label sticker on the front of the bag.
How to thaw
For the best texture, thaw in the fridge overnight, still sealed. For quicker thawing, put the sealed pack in cold water. Do not thaw at room temperature.
After thawing and opening
Do not refreeze after thawing. Repeated thawing and freezing affects the quality of the meat.

Processed in Singapore with SFA-approved meat sourced from Brazil, Australia, Spain and other approved countries.
