Items ordered DIRECT from Lion Dance Brand website has freshness guaranteed, as we do not keep obsolete stock in our inventory.  Every pack will be freshly made and delivered from our factory.  

However, if you are still unhappy with the item you receive, we still provide a return/refund policy.  Please go to https://www.parkfood.com/returns and we will manage your returns from there.

Upon receiving your order, we will dispatch and deliver your orders within 2 days.  Delivery runs daily from Mondays~Saturdays between 8am-2pm.  Admin will/may contact you regarding delivery arrangement. Kindly provide an address where will you be when your orders are coming.
