One-Step Teriyaki Chicken Balls

This is the easiest recipe and definitely something everyone can follow.


This is probably the only instance we would ask you to defrost the packet (because normally it is best cooked frozen). You can buy some here 👉🏻 if you haven't got your hands on it yet.

Skewer the meatballs together, feel free to jazz it up with some capsicum/pineapple if you wish.

Glaze the skewered meatballs with Teriyaki sauce (I used the Kikoman brand in my trial) and bake in the oven for 15mins at 180 oC.
